Executive Orders

For agriculture purposes, to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Agriculture, being that parcel of land situate at Waipio Valley, Hamakua, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii, identified as “Non—Agricultural Park Land,” containing an area of 11.60 acres.

Certain lands situate at Mokauea and Kaholaloa, Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii were set aside for maritime purposes; and WHEREAS, the Board of Land and Natural Resources at its meeting of September 26, 2014, approved the withdrawal of portions of land from Executive Order No. 4170 dated August 14.

For Waimanalo Forest Reserve purposes, to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife, being those parcels of land situated at Kailua, Koolaupoko, Oahu Hawaii.

Grants authority to make adjustments to the wages, hours, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment for elected and appointed officials, and employees in the Executive Branch who are excluded from collective bargaining coverage.
