Under chapter 89C of the HRS, the Governor is granted the authority to make adjustments to the wages, hours, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment for elected and appointed officials and employees in the executive branch who are excluded from collective bargaining coverage.

Setting aside 635 acres of Public Lands to the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife at Kalauao, Ewa, Hawai‘i, Oahu. TMK: (1) 9-8-001:001

Setting Aside 9.091 acres of Public Lands to the County of Hawai‘i, for Elderly, Affordable Rental Housing, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai‘i . TMK: (3) 2-4-001:168

Setting aside 3.283 acres to the County of Kaua‘i at Kapaa, Kawaihau (Puna), Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i, and identified as “Kapaa Armory Site”. TMK: (4) 4-5-015:005

Cancelling EO No. 1715, dated 12/15/1955 to the Department of Defense for Kapaa Armory Site. TMK: (4) 4-5-015:005

Setting aside 66.10 acres for agricultural purposes, together with an easement over another 0.38 acre for right-of-way purposes, to the Department of Agriculture, being that the parcel of land situate at Weliweli, Kona, Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i.

Setting aside 168.89 acres for agricultural purposes to the Department of Agriculture at various locations and tax map keys on Kaua‘i.

Setting aside 4.08 acres of public lands to the Department of Agriculture at Hanapēpē, Waimea (Kona), Kaua‘i, TMK (4) 1-9-001:011, for agricultural purposes.

Withdrawing land from the operation of Governor’s Proclamation dated June 12, 1907, relating to land from the Hāna Forest Reserve at Haneoo and Aleamai, Hāna, Maui, Hawai‘i.

This EO pertains to adjustments for 89-day non-civil service appointments and exempt appointments less than or equal to 89 days. This EO supersedes EO 03-02 and EO 05-10.
