FOR THE WEEK OF NOV. 10 – NOV. 16

— H-1 FREEWAY —

 

1) HONOLULU (24-HOUR WORK)

24-hour shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pali Highway overpass and the Houghtailing Street underpass on Friday, Nov. 9, through Friday, Nov. 16, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

 

2) HONOLULU (24-HOUR WORK)

24-hour shoulder closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Kalihi Street overpass and the Liliha Street overpass on Friday, Nov. 9, through Friday, Nov. 16, for guardrail and shoulder improvements.

 

3) HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)
Right lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction in the vicinity of the Ola Lane overpass on Saturday, Nov. 10, from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., for pole repairs.

 

4) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)
Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions on Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday morning, Nov. 16, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for guardrail and shoulder improvements.  All westbound ramps will remain open.

 

  • Two right lanes will be closed in the eastbound direction between the Gulick Avenue overpass and the Kalihi Street overpass.
  • Two right lanes will be closed in the westbound direction between the Queen Emma Street overpass and the Houghtailing Street underpass.

 

5) HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closure on the Airport offramp (Middle Street overpass) from the westbound H-1 Freeway on Wednesday night, Nov. 14, through Friday morning, Nov. 16, from 8:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., for guardrail repairs.

 

6) KAPOLEI (NIGHT WORK)

Closure of the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Campbell Industrial Park/Barbers Point Harbor offramp (Exit 1A) and Wakea Street onramp on Wednesday night, Nov. 14, through Thursday morning, Nov. 15, from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for the Kapolei Interchange Complex, Phase 2 project.

Alternating lane closure on Farrington Highway (Route 93) in both directions between Kili Drive and Lawaia Street on Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday, Nov. 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for paving work. Traffic will be contraflowed.

Right lane closure on Farrington Highway (Route 93) in the westbound direction between Nanakuli Avenue and Haleakala Avenue on Tuesday night, Nov. 13, Friday morning, Nov. 16, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for installation of a turning lane.

Lane closure on Kahekili Highway (Route 83) in the northbound direction in the vicinity of Hui Iwa Street on Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday, Nov. 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for drain improvements.

Right lane closure on Kahekili Highway (Route 83) in the northbound direction between Kahuhipa Street and Haiku Road on Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday, Nov. 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sewer improvements. The bike lane and sidewalk will be closed during this time.

Lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in the eastbound direction between Ainakoa Avenue and West Hind Drive on Tuesday night, Nov. 13, through Friday morning, Nov. 16, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., for installation of traffic loop detectors and electrical work. Turn pockets will be closed. Two lanes will be open for eastbound traffic at all times.

Shoulder closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Laukahi Street and Kalaniiki Street on Saturday, Nov. 10, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

3) HAWAII KAI TO MAUNAWILI

Roving lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Kamehameha Highway and Makapuu Lighthouse Road on Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday, Nov. 16, from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., for maintenance work.

 

4) KAILUA

Lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in the Honolulu-bound direction in the vicinity of the Ulukahiki Street intersection on Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday, Nov. 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for slope improvement work.

 

5) MAUNAWILI

Lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway/Pali Highway in the Honolulu-bound direction in the vicinity of the Kamehameha Highway intersection on Tuesday, Nov. 13, through Friday, Nov. 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for slope improvements.

 

6) WAIMANALO

Lane shift, shoulder work and possible lane closure on Kalanianaole Highway in both directions between Kanapuu Drive and Poalima Street on Tuesday, Nov. 12, through Friday, Nov. 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for roadway reconstruction and utility work.
