HONOLULU — Women’s Community Correctional Center (WCCC) work furlough inmate Levon Kahee failed to return to the YWCA Fernhurst furlough home in Makiki this morning. She left for work at 2pm yesterday but did not return to the home at the designated time of 1:30 a.m. Honolulu Police and Sheriffs were notified.
36-year old Kahee is 5’3″ tall and weighs 190 lbs. She has short brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on the right side of her neck and across her chest, both of which can be seen in the picture.
Kahee was serving time for Identity Theft 2, Methamphetamine Trafficking 2 and Promoting a Dangerous Drug 3. Escape 2 is expected to be added to her charges. Her next parole hearing is scheduled for August of this year.

The YWCA Fernhurst work furlough program is a community-based, contracted furlough program for female offenders with community custody status.
