RELATING TO THE HIGH TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Changes the name of the High Technology Development Corporation to the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation. Changes all references in Chapter 206M, Hawaii Revised Statutes, from “high technology” to “technology.” Repeals the Hawaii Software Service Center established within the High Technology Development Corporation. RELATING TO HEALTH Authorizes pharmacists to administer the human papillomavirus, Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis), meningococcal, or influenza vaccine to persons between eleven and seventeen years of age. RELATING TO CONTRACEPTIVE SUPPLIES Authorizes pharmacists to prescribe and dispense self-administered hormonal contraceptive supplies to patients regardless of a previous prescription, subject to specified education and procedural requirements.
