Executive Orders

Sets aside 300 acres of state land to the DLNR Division of Forestry and Wildlife’s Waianae-Kai Forest Reserve. The Division has been managing this area as part of the Reserve for 60 years.

For boat launching facilities, to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, being that parcel of land situate at Mokauea, Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Certain land situated at Mokauea and Kaholaloa, Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu was set aside for the San Island State Recreational Area. The Board of Land and Natural Resources approved the withdrawal of a portion of land, from Executive Order No. 2704 dated October 17, 1974.

As part of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (IRTPA), Congress directed the establishment of the Information Sharing Environment (ISE) to improve and facilitate the sharing of terrorism, law enforcement, weapons of mass destruction and homeland security information among federal, state, local, tribal and private sectors.

For addition to Sand Island State Recreational are, to be under the control and management of the Sate of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, being that parcel of land situate at Kaholaloa, Sand Island.

For addition to Kahului airport, to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, being that parcel of land situate at Kahului, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii.

For Waimanalo Forest Reserve purposes to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife, being those parcels of land situate at Kailua, Koolaupoko, Oahu, Hawaii.

For premises to serve the frail, elderly or or disabled and other allied purposes, to be under the control and management of the County of Maui, Department of Housing and Human Concerns, being that parcel of land situate at Papohaku, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, and identified as “Portion of Hale Makua Premises (Old Malulani Hospital),” containing ...

Whereas, by Governor’s Executive Order No. 2129 dated April 14, 1964, certain land and improvements situate at Papohaku, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, containing an area of 30,941 square feet. Whereas, the Board of Land and Natural Resources at its meeting held on April 24, 2015, approved the cancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 2129 dated April 14, 1964.

For addition to Kanaio Natural Area Reserve to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife, being that parcel of land situate at Kanaio, Makawao, Maui, Hawaii, identified as “Addition to Kanaio Natural Area Reserve,” containing an area of 638 acres.
