Whereas, by Governor’s Executive Order No. 2129 dated April 14, 1964, certain land and improvements situate at Papohaku, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, containing an area of 30,941 square feet. Whereas, the Board of Land and Natural Resources at its meeting held on April 24, 2015, approved the cancellation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 2129 dated April 14, 1964.

For addition to Kanaio Natural Area Reserve to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Forestry and Wildlife, being that parcel of land situate at Kanaio, Makawao, Maui, Hawaii, identified as “Addition to Kanaio Natural Area Reserve,” containing an area of 638 acres.

For agriculture purposes, to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Agriculture, being that parcel of land situate at Waipio Valley, Hamakua, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii, identified as “Non—Agricultural Park Land,” containing an area of 11.60 acres.
