Withdrawing land from the operation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 2380, dated April 30, 1968

Under chapter 89C of the HRS, the Governor is granted the authority to make adjustments to the wages, hours, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for elected and appointed officials, and employees in the executive branch who are excluded from collective bargaining coverage;

For agriculture purposes, to be under the control and management of the State of Hawaii, Department of Agriculture, consisting of the following:

Chapter 53 of title 49 United States Code, authorizes the United States Secretary of Transportation to make grants to states for purposes including but not limited to capital projects and operational assistance for public transportation systems.

Under chapter 89C of the Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), the Governor is granted the authority to make adjustments to the wages, hours, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment for elected and appointed officials, and employees in the executive branch who are excluded from collective bargaining coverage.

For agricultural purposes, to be under the control and management of the Sate of Hawaii, Department of Agriculture consisting of the following:

For educational and affordable housing purposes, to be under the control and management of the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation.
